Whirlwind week...

I am just so happy that the weather is getting cooler, I just can't help but smile every morning when I walk outside. I have been drinking hot chocolate since August so I am finally able to reap the benefits of warming up and not sweating it out!!!

Our family has not stopped since last weekend when we stayed the weekend out in Hosford. We went to Renner Robert's birthday party extravaganza and had a bonfire and all three new moms got together for a girls only im-promptu photo session. Look at those cousins!!! Of course we went to church on Sunday in Hosford Ward and just haven't stopped!!! Ryan is getting so good at multi-tasking with all mommy and daddy have going on, what with getting up early and working out in the afternoon and various photo sessions and Halloween is tomorrow and the list goes on and on and on and well, you get the idea.

This week Kylia and I have been walking and since the weather is getting cooler, Ryan has to be all bundled up in long pants and tops, a hat to cover her ears and of course her "walking" shoes. Exercise is just so exhausting for her. But she really is a trooper!!! We also went shopping this week for more warm clothes and Ryan and I went out all by ourselves!!! I haven't done that before for more than a trip to the grocery store and while she was AWESOME, it was definitely something different for me. But I can't complain b/c she is just so cool with everything. Today we had a photo session with Dee for Halloween and Ryan was a ladybug. I can't wait for those pictures and when Dee posts them to her blog, she says she's having an online poll for the cutest pic. SO EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO ON TO HER BLOG WHEN SHE POSTS AND VOTE FOR RYAN LONGFELLOW!!!!!!!! I'm telling you now that I am campaigning for my girl, so VOTE FOR RYAN LONGFELLOW, LADYBUG!!!

Can't wait for Halloween tomorrow night, she will be in her precious ladybug costume so check back probably Sunday to see her in all her ladybug glory and "ROCK THE VOTE" FOR RYAN LONGFELLOW, LADYBUG on Dee's blog!!! Posts should be up sometime next week!!!

Point and Shoot...

Ever since Ryan had her photo shoot with Dee this past weekend, all I have been wanting to do is take tons of pictures and pretend I had talent as a photographer. Maybe thats what I'll be for Halloween...don't anyone even think of stealing my costume!!!!! Anyway, I took some pictures of Addisyn June Shuler and upon posting them, realized that I did NOT have talent as a photographer, but I am still using that for my costume.

This week I realized that Ryan needs clothes for fall, I can't believe it is getting chilly so soon, this is FLORIDA for goodness sakes! So, I did some shopping in the "baby shower boutique" and while I haven't captured all her wardrobe changes, I did get my most favorite outfit and get her dressed up. Ryan now has workout gear!!! All we are missing is a sweatband for her head! Y'all be on the lookout, she'll be steering that jogging stroller before we know it!!!

Today Garet and Kelly had their baby!!! Addisyn Shuler (no middle name yet) was born this evening at 6:18 pm. She weighed 6 lbs. 15 oz and was 20 inches long!!! She is so beautiful, mommy and baby are doing well!!! Here a few pics of Addy-cat and a couple of Ryan as well, after all, the blog is about RYAN!!!

Pumpkin Carving party

We were invited to Kari Copeland's pumpkin carving party today but couldn't go b/c of Ryan's pictures. So, Jaren and I helped Ryan carve her very own pumpkin! She did most of the delegating from her bumbo "throne" and fairy costume. It is such a hard job giving out orders!!!

Today was such a cool day. Ryan had her first official photo shoot with her cousin Dee and they are so cute! we had such a good day and Ryan was so good throughout FOUR outfit changes. Everytime we changed clothes, Kylia would holler "MAKE-UP!" She, Terah and Jaren were there today with Joe and I. Y'all were such a big help, changing her and getting her to smile and making this day go so smoothly. Thanks so much!!! Ryan wore her blessing dress, a possible Christmas dress, a cute "pillow case" dress and one of her THREE halloween outifts, a sugar plum fairy tutu. Of course, she looked awesome in all of them and from the looks of Dee's blog, they will all look great. We didn't stop there tough, Jaren and I helped Ryan carve her very first pumpkin and give her a bath this evening. She worked so hard today in her plum fairy tutu that by the time we took it off, she was "plum tuckered". Hope we all sleep good tonight, I know I will! I don't usually do this, but I might post two different posts tonight to be able to include lots of pics...Talk about me if you must!

Weekend Update...

We are working on finding a "lovey" toy for her. This isn't it.

Thank you Jaren for reminding me its only Thursday night and not the weekend, but I'm watching SNL Weekend Update Thursday, so there!! Ryan is making lots of progress and everyday is way cooler than the day before. This week she finding her fingers and we think she might even be teething. She is drooling like crazy and eating her fingers and pulling on her ears, thank goodness she doesn't have an earache b/c we've been to the doctor already for that. She did get sick this week and is just now getting over that but is taking it all very nicely. I always thought her voice is cute,and it may be bad to say this but she sounds even cuter when she is sick! She is having a photo shoot this weekend with Dee, can't wait to see how that turns out!!!

So, Rhett recently posted a video of Olivia standing up and she looks so darling...But Ryan isn't far behind b/c she is getting some assistance standing up too...Just don't look straight at daddys' toes in this first pic...
