Ryan's first basketball game

In late December of 2011or early January 2012, Joe got tickets from his firm to go to a FSU basketball game. The first person he thought of was his Ry-bugs. He know how much she loves watching the "big game" on TV so seeing one live would be an extra special treat. So I got her dressed in her sneakers and her "cinnamon roll" (Seminole) shirt and she waited for daddy to come home and pick her up. From the pictures he sent, I'm pretty sure she had a blast. Every time he mentions anything about tickets or a game, she's the first one in line to ask to go to the "big game." She always makes it so fun, and I love that he loves spending time with her.

Don't let the Seminoles run you over, Ryan!!!

I hope she's at least yelling the fight song!

Probably instructing Joe on how to take a picture with his camera phone.

Christmas Eve/Day

Christmas is always a blur. We run around crazy and eat and open gifts and eat more...it's feels like a never ending cycle at the end of the day. I've got lots of pictures from Christmas morning and some videos too, but not as much time to post it all. Just gonna hit the highlights...we spend every Christmas eve at Rhett and Leena's house with family and food!!! We sing carols and friends come by and visit. Good times. Christmas day we start at home, as Kylia and BB come over to watch the girls
open presents. We then head back to Hosford to eat lunch at Uncle Joe & Aunt Marlene's house before going home to gear up for dinner at the Longfellow house in the evening. Food and gift opening continues. Good times all around. Here are a few pics from the holiday.

Britt wants to savor her Christmas gifts and not open everything at once.

Ryan showing off her famous Christmas smile.

Daddy is helping Brittyn try some pop rocks candy.

Evidence of the pop rocks disaster...

Ryan trims the tree at Grandma's.

Best pic of them that I could get on Christmas morning before church.

Ryan counting out all her chocolate from her stocking.

Brittyn loved her chair. Didn't want to get out.

I'm left with all the Christmas clean-up.
